Our HealthBUG program aims to encourage each and every child to take an active role in their own health and wellness.

BANANAS IN THE JUNGLE

A one-off incursion taking the children on an adventurous journey into the jungle learn how to look after our body and mind.

During this incursion we;

- Learn that screen-time can make you tired,
- Choose a healthy energising breakfast,
- Select 'everyday' fruits &vegetables,
- Identify ‘sometimes’ special treat snacks,
- Get active to exercise the heart,
- Take time to relax and breathe.

This one-hour energising incursion is packed with movement, dancing, activities and cheeky puppets as we learn that it is easy and fun to become a HealthBUG.

Logo Happy Me Health Childcare Incursion


one-off incursion
HAPPY ME!

A one-off incursion taking the children through a typical school day to discover what makes us happy and full of energy !

During this incursion we;

- Learn how screen-time affects your mind,
- Begin to understand how some activities can make us angry or stop us being happy,
- Choose healthy everyday energising foods,
- Explore daily activities to keep us active,
- Find fun ways to calm our minds,

This one -hour interactive incursion combines movement, activities and games to encourage children to take an active role in their own happiness and health.

Aligned with current curriculum outcomes for the Early Years Learning Framework our programs teach young children that being healthy and happy is not only important, but achieving it is fun and rewarding.



All of our Educators are fully trained, passionate Health Bugs, fully insured with current Working with Children checks.
